This Damage Policy constitutes an integral part of the terms of stay at Hotel SOL. The guest’s signature or provision of credit card details constitutes full approval of this policy.
1. Guest Responsibility for Damages
The guest undertakes to maintain the room, hotel building, facilities, and equipment and to use them with care. The guest shall bear full responsibility for any damage caused by improper or negligent use.
2. Types of Damage
Including but not limited to: water flooding, breakage, damage to furniture, damage to electrical and plumbing systems, excessive dirt, damage to electronic equipment, and costs for professional services.
3. Charges for Damages
The Hotel may charge the full amount to the payment method provided at booking or check-in. Charges will reflect the actual cost of repair, cleaning, or replacement.
4. Documentation
The Hotel shall document damages using photographs, videos, reports, and invoices.
5. Refusal of Payment
The Hotel reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings in the event of refusal to pay.
6. No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited in hotel rooms. Smoking in a room will result in a fine of NIS 800.
7. Removal of Property
The guest undertakes not to remove any items from the Hotel without prior authorization. Missing items will be charged according to their cost.
