Agina Engineering Ltd., an Israeli company, company number 514613660, with its address at Haganim 48, Haifa (the "Hotel", "we", or "us"), respects your right to privacy.
The purpose of this Privacy Notice is to explain the Hotel’s practices regarding Personal Data collected when you use our website and how such Personal Data is collected, used, transferred, and secured.
Our website (the "Site") provides a convenient and secure platform for booking and purchasing accommodation and vacation packages at the Hotel. Any use of the Site constitutes your consent to this Privacy Notice.

This Privacy Notice applies solely to Personal Data collected through the Site and does not apply to the Simple Booking platform. The Privacy Notice governing that platform applies to Personal Data collected through it.

1.1 Communications. When you contact us, we may collect your name, contact details, address, dates provided, and the content of your inquiry.
1.2 Newsletter / Loyalty Programs. We may collect your name, email address, mailing address, date of birth, and anniversary.
1.3 Automatically Collected Data. We may collect information regarding your device, browser, operating system, IP address, and Site usage.
We and/or our service providers process Personal Data in accordance with applicable law as data controllers.
Uses include providing services, customer support, loyalty benefits, communications, security, fraud prevention, analytics, forecasting, marketing, and Lookalike Audiences.

We employ reasonable and industry-standard security measures; however, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
